Welcome to Peterson Elementary!
Peterson is one of six elementary schools in District 5, located in Kalispell, Montana. We serve a population of approximately 330 students, grades Early Kindergarten through 5. We are committed to student learning in an environment that supports and nurtures a child’s social/emotional, as well as academic, needs through a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS).
At Peterson, we are proud of the work we do. Our staff is passionate, energetic and work collaboratively to create a school of excellence. We push ourselves, students and adults alike, to grow a little every day and accept mistakes as opportunities to learn. We believe each child is unique and has unlimited potential. We strive to honor the whole child, celebrating their perseverance, growth and successes. Our hallways are filled with student work, smiles and laughter. We are a school that puts students first and recognizes the profound opportunity we have to make a meaningful and lasting difference in a child’s life.
